I really liked the list of pros and cons, it really gave both sides of the argument right in front of you. And although I feel that technology does not need to be involved in every aspect of education, I do think that some concepts are just too difficult to understand on your own, and video games can be beneficial to try to teach those concepts. Here is a video example of how video games can be used to teach a difficult concpet/subject.
This blog is about whether video games can be useful tools for learning in the classroom of today. Our group opinion is that the traditional methods of educating students will have better results long term. Video games are not loved by all, and may lead some students to feel left out. Please feel free to join the debate!
